Power banks are a must. Screens are getting bigger and processors are getting more powerful, but if there’s one thing that doesn’t seem to be improving with today’s mobile devices, it’s the ability of the battery to last all day. And because of this, you may not be able to decide which power bank will be a better choice for you. So today I will give you some great advice to choose the new Anker 24000mAh portable battery.

How is that a good choice? Well, for that we will look for features that are really worth it!

As we know, Anker launched a new PowerCore 24K GaN portable charger for $149.99 (about £122 in the UK), which includes a large 24,000 mAh battery that you can take with you and that can be quickly charged at 140W, but can also deliver power at the same speed.

It’s good to know that it’s powerful enough to charge a 16-inch MacBook Pro to 50 percent in 40 minutes, provided you’re using a MagSafe to USB-C cable.

INTERESTING FEATURES.

PowerCore is equipped with the new Power Delivery 3.1 specification, which can pump more than the previous 100 W from a single USB-C port.

Anker’s new battery can draw 140W of power from one of two USB-C ports, and there’s also one USB-A port capable of 18W charging.

Other chargers Anker has just released aren’t PD 3.1 capable, including the new Anker 747 GaNPrime, which is capable of 150W charging; however, each individual port can still output a maximum of 100W.

Overall, it’s a really good choice and totally recommended!
