After leaking the render images of the Samsung Galaxy S8 last week, case maker Ghostek has also leaked the render images of LG’s next flagship smartphone; the LG G6. LG is set to unveil the LG G6 smartphone at a press conference which will be held on the Sunday before the 2017 Mobile World Congress trade show, starting next month.

LG did not give too much details about the forthcoming LG G6, but we know that device will come with dust and water-proof rating, and a Quad-HD display with a screen size of about 5.5” – 5.7”, protected by Gorilla Glass 5. Additionally, a company executive has confirmed that the new model will not feature the modular design LG debuted on last year’s LG G5.

In terms of specs, the LG G6 will feature a metal body design equipped with a dual rear camera as seen in the leaked images below. The device is also expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s latest chipset; the Snapdragon 835 processor alongside 4GB or 6GB of RAM. LG recently teased that the G6 will have a long battery life on-board, so we are expecting to see a large battery, but we are not sure if it will be a removable one.

The images above have not be verified, but if this is what LG has in store for its customers, then we can honestly say that the LG G6 will fail to compete with upcoming Samsung Galaxy S8 and Apple iPhone 8, both phones are said to feature bold redesigns with displays that occupy nearly all of the phones’ front sides.
