In addition to the launch of the Honor 8 Pro, Huawei has also launched an affordable Android-powered handset – the new Honor 6C is set to go on sale in Europe at the end of this month.

The Honor 6C is a budget smartphone packed with a 5-inch 720p HD 2.5D curved glass touchscreen, 13MP f/2.2 full HD main camera and a 5MP f/2.2 secondary camera at the front. The device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor assisted by 3GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable memory.

The Honor 6C comes with a fingerprint scanner, 3020mAh battery, and hybrid dual-SIM/microSD card slot and also runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow alongside Huawei’s EMUI 4.1 user interface.

The Honor 6C is priced at €229, and is offered in a choice of colours including; Grey, Silver and Gold.
