Announced back in March at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Huawei’s First Smartwatch is now up for sale in the UK, through the company’s European online store Vmall.eu/uk and at selected Selfridges stores.
The circular timepiece is a stylish Android Wear device with a premium design – suitable for business, casual, or sport users with a choice of watch faces to choose from. It features the classic round shape design, keeping the characteristics of the watch lug, the watch bezel and the crown.
The sapphire glass watch face is designed to protect the 1.4-inch AMOLED 400×400 display and offers quick and easy access to info about your activities, notifications and also Google now. The watch case is made from 316L Stainless Steel frame measuring 42mm diameter by 11.3mm thickness.

Powering the Huawei Watch is Qualcomm APQ8026 1.2GHz processor with 512MB RAM, along with 4GB of internal memory and a 300mAh built-in battery with 75 mins charging time. It runs Android Wear operating system and can track your sport activities, monitor your health and heart rate, whilst the integrated vibration motor alerts you to any new notifications.

Designed for men and women alike, the Huawei Watch is IP67 waterproof and comes with straps that fit both women and men’s wrists. The straps are interchangeable and come in different designs & materials such as; stainless steel and leather. The Watch is also compatible with Android and iOS devices.
The Huawei Watch starts at £289 for the Silver model with a leather band, and goes up to £329 for the Silver with Mesh Band or Link Band and £369 for the Black Link Band model. If you prefer the Rose Gold version, expect to pay up to £599.
