As the Huawei Mate 50 series’ official release date approaches, more information about this smartphone is becoming available. DCS, a renowned Weibo tech blogger, disclosed earlier today that the Huawei Mate 50 Pro will have a 1.5K screen resolution with a notch.

According to the blogger, the area and size of the notch are substantially greater than the ones in previous generations. According to him, the notch size on this new device is comparable to the one of the Mate 20 Pro. He also expects the Huawei Mate 50 Pro to feature new capabilities like facial recognition and posture monitoring.

The blogger has shared images of the purported Huawei Mate 50 Pro’s protective coating.
The bangs of the Mate 50 Pro encompass about half of the length of the top, indicating that many sensors will be included.
