Lenovo’s latest product is the Miix 720 Windows detachable 2-in-1 device packed with top-of-the-line components. You can use the Miix 720 as PC with the keyboard, or as a feature-rich touchscreen tablet without the keyboard. You can also use the Lenovo Active Pen 2 to take notes and draw on Miix.
The Miix 720 is an ultra-slim machine, measuring in at just 0.57 in (14.6 mm) and 2.4 lbs (1.1 kg) including the touchpad-enabled keyboard. The 12-inch tablet has a 150-degree kickstand, like the Microsoft Surface Pro, which allows you to easily adjust it to any angle.
It employs a QHD+ (2880 x 1920px) display with 400 nits and Gorilla Glass, up to 7th Gen Intel Core i7 processor and Thunderbolt 3, the fastest port available on a PC today. There is also up to 16GB of RAM, up to 1TB SSD, 41 Whr 8 hours battery life, 5MP Autofocus rear camera, 1MP IR front Camera with Windows Hello support, and also comes preloaded with Windows 10 Home or Pro.
In the U.S., the Lenovo Miix 720 with keyboard starts at $999.99, and hits retail in two colours; Gold and Iron Grey beginning in April 2017. The Lenovo Active Pen 2 starts at $59.99, and will be available beginning in February 2017.
