Lenovo has finally launched its latest ZUK Edge smartphone. The new flagship device features a 5.5-inch 1080p Full HD 403ppi display with narrow borders and 2.5D curved glass, and also comes with the latest Snapdragon 821 processor and the multifunction U-Touch fingerprint reader.The powerful 2.35GHz processor is paired with Adreno 530 GPU for graphics, 4GB or 6GB of LPDDR4 RAM and 64GB of internal memory. The ZUK Edge is fuelled by a 3,100mAh battery, which can be charged using the built-in USB Type-C port.It is also equipped with a respectable 13MP primary camera which has 1.34μ pixels, f/2.2 aperture lens, PDAF (Phase Detection Auto-Focus), CAF (Continuous Auto Focus), high intensity flash and 4K Ultra-HD video capture. There is also an 8MP f/2.2 secondary camera with 1.12μ pixels at the front.Other features on-board the ZUK Edge include; the U-Touch fingerprint scanner, heart rate sensor, UV sensor, 10-axis motion sensor, GPS with AGPS, GLONASS and Beidou, dual band Wi-Fi (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Low Energy Bluetooth v4.1, LTE support and dual Nano SIM port.

The ZUK Edge measures 142.9 x 74.5 x 7.68mm and weighs 160 grams. It will start shipping in China with ZUI skin (Android based OS) in White and Black colours, starting in the new year, January 1st with a retail price of ¥2,299 (~$330 – £268 – €318) for the 4GB model and ¥2,499 (~$360 – £290 – €346) for the 6GB version.
