Chinese company, Letv has revealed a range of smarphones equipped with the latest high-end hardware, gorgeous screens and all metal body frame design. They are the world’s first devices to feature the all new USB Type-C. These smartphones are the first to be made by Letv. The flagship device is the Le Max, Le1 Pro comes second in line and the last is the Le1.
The Le Max is the company’s flagship device featuring a Gold/Silver metal body design with a 2K stunning 6.3-inch QHD display which has 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and 464ppi pixels density per inch. The screen is almost edge to edge having only a 1.6mm narrow bezel which makes it almost borderless and a joy to watch.
The Le Max is packed with the latest high-end components such as; the 64-bit Eight-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor paired with 4GB LPDDR4 RAM similar to the one found in the Samsung’s latest flagship devices the Galaxy S6 & S6 Edge, the only difference the Le Max has 4GB of RAM whereas the Galaxy S6/Edge has only 3GB. Multi tasking and playing high-end games should be a breeze with both devices.
Letv has been quite generous when it comes to the internal storage capacity, the Le Max comes with 64GB or 128GB eMMC5.0. In terms of what powers the beast, there is a 3500mAh battery on-board of the Le Max. The device measures 167.1×83.5×8.95mm and weighs 204 grams.
Taking videos and photos with the Le Max should be a delight. The new Le Max is equipped with Sony IMX230 image sensor with the 21.46-Megapixel main camera which has a 6 times digital zoom, f/2.0 aperture, AF, dual-color Led fill flash and HDR and Blue glass IR filter. At the front there is a 4-Megapixel front camera with Blue glass infrared filter, F/2.0 aperture, 5P lenses and an 81 degrees lens wide-angle.
Other features on-borad of the Le Max; the latest USB2.0,Type C, Fingerprint Sensor, LTE network connectivity, DSP-HiFi decoding technology, Wi-Fi 802.11ac/a/b/g/n 2.4G/5G dual-band, Bluetooth 4.1 support APT-X technology, Wi-Fi hotspot, Wi-Fi Display, DLAN, WLAN, GPS, NFC and the Dual SIM card, Dual 4G and dual standby.
The Le1 Pro sits in the middle with its offering. The Le1 Pro from Letv also has a Gold/Silver metal body design with 5.5-inch QHD display 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and 538ppi. The rest of the specifications are almost identical to the Le Max except the fingerprint sensor, the battery which is 3000mAh and the 13-Megapixel main camera. Other than that, nearly all the hardware components are the same.
The Le1 Pro measures 148.4 x 73.8 x 9.4mm and weighs 177 grams. The storage offering of the Le1 Pro is 32GB/64GB.
The Le1 is the last in the Le series. It comes only in Silver metal body design and has a 5.5-inch Full-HD display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and 403ppi. It is powered by an Octa-core 64-bit MediaTek Helio X10 paired with 3GB LPDDR3 RAM and 16, 32 and 64GB storage option capacities.
The Le1 is equipped with a 13-Megapixel f/2/.0 rear camera with Dual-color Flash and a 5-Megapixel front facing shooter with 90 degree lens wide-angle.
The device supports LTE network connectivity and has Wi-Fi 802.11ac/a/b/g/n 2.4G/5G dual-band, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi Hotspot, DLAN and WLAN direct-attached, GPS, Dual 4G, Dual Micro SIM and Dual standby. It is also come with the latest USB2.0,Type C and is packed with 3000mAh battery.
All the three devices run EUI based on Android 5.0 Lollipop. The Le1 costs 1,499 yuan approx $240, the Le1 Pro starts from 2,499 yuan approx $400 and the flagship device the Le Max will be offered via the crowdsourcing platform. The company will open the registration for the start 200,000 units of the Le1 and Le1 Pro on May 5th.
