LG is about to unveil its next flagship smartphone, the G6. The device will be made official tomorrow Sunday Feb 26 at 12 noon local time/11am UK time at the MWC in Barcelona. However, reliable leaker, Evan Blass today has leaked the press render image of the upcoming LG G6 ahead of the official unveiling.
The leaked press render image shows the LG G6 in its glory in Mystic White, Astro Black and Ice Platinum Colours. The device features a metal body design with bezel-less 5.7-inch QHD+ (1440 x 2880) display which has an aspect ratio of 2:1. The handset’s screen-to-bezel ratio is said to be greater than 90 percent. The G6’s bottom is slightly taller than the top bezel. The large screen is also expected to have curved corners.
The LG G6 is expected to come with some sort of dust & waterproof rating to compete with the forthcoming Galaxy S8 & S8 Plus from Samsung. Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 Quad-core processor with 4GB of RAM and 3200mAh battery are also expected to power the LG G6. The smartphone boasts a dual rear camera with dual flash, and will come pre-loaded with Android 7 Nougat alongside LG’s user interface out of the box.
