Indian affordable phone maker, Micromax has launched a new Canvas smartphone – The Canvas Spark 3 Q385 is an upgraded version of the 2015 Spark 2. The 2016 Spark 3 comes with bigger display, better cameras and slightly bigger battery. Despite these new improvements, the Spark 3 still only offers 3G network connectivity.

Micromax Canvas Spark 3 Q385The Canvas Spark 3 is configured with a 5.5-inch 720p HD IPS screen, a pair of 1.5CC Box 2509 loud Speakers, 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage, expandable via 32GB microSD card. The 3G phone also equipped with a 2500mAh battery, capable of delivering up to 22 hours of talk time and up to 280 hours of standby time.

Also, there is Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. The Canvas Spark 3 will ship with Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box. Registrations for Spark 3 will kick off tomorrow, April 1st at 12 AM, and sale starts April 7 exclusively on for Rs 4,999 (~$75 – £52 – €66 – $98 AUD).
