The forthcoming Nokia P1 smartphone will be officially unveiled at the Mobile World Congress 2017 later this month.

The Nokia P1 will run Android Nougat out of the box. It will also come equipped with a Carl Zeiss-made 22.6MP rear camera, large 3,500mAh battery and a fast Qualcomm Snapdragon processor.

The Nokia P1 will feature an all-metal body with a 5.3inch touchscreen protected by Gorilla Glass 5. It is said that the device will come with IP57 dust and water-proof protection.

The P1’s physical home button also works as a fingerprint reader for speedy locking and unlocking the device.

The Nokia P1 is expected to launch alongside other Nokia smartphones at the Mobile World Congress 2017 in Barcelona on February 26th.

The Nokia P1 may come in a choice of colours such as: black, silver and rose gold, with an expected retail price of around £500 for the 128GB version, and likely around £600 for the 256GB edition.
