A new budget-friendly Galaxy smartphone has just been quietly added to Samsung’s online store in South Africa – The Samsung Galaxy J1 Ace Neo is a new addition to the Galaxy J1 series, and is currently available for purchase locally in the South African country.
The Galaxy J1 Ace Neo features a rounded frame that blends with transparent glass-like edges. As with any other entry-level smartphone from Samsung, this device comes with low-end specs such as; a 4.3-inch WVGA (480 x 800) Super AMOLED screen, 1.5GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of expandable storage.
This dual SIM Android-powered smartphone supports 4G LTE connectivity, and has Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, BT v4.0 and GPS/Glonass. It is also equipped with a 5MP f/2.2 rear camera along with a 2MP front-facing shooter. The phone measures 130.1 x 67.6 x 9.5 mm and weights 131 grams with the on-board 1,900mAh removable battery.
