The specifications of Samsung’s new device, the Galaxy J5 SM-J500F have made it to the GFXBench benchmarking website.

The Galaxy J5 will come with a 5.0-inch HD display with 1280 x 720 resolution and will be powered by a Quad-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (Cortex A53 – ARMv7) processor with Qualcomm Adreno 306 GPU for graphics.

The J5 SM-J500F will have an 8GB of internal storage and 1.5GB of RAM. There is a microSD slot for storage expansion. The device will be equipped with a 12-Megapixel rear camera with Auto-Focus and flash and a 5-Megapixel front facing selfies shooter.

The Galaxy J5 will be powered by a 2600 mAh battery. Other features; Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, accelerometer sensor, compass sensor, light sensor and proximity sensor. There is no official details with regards to the release date or the pricing of the Galaxy J5 SM-J500F and the Galaxy J7 SM-J700F devices.
