Samsung has launched its latest Z2 phone in Kenya. The Tizen-powered smartphone is offered in two colours; black and gold from the local mobile network operator in Kenya; Safaricom’s online portal and offline stores for KSH 5,999 (~$60).

The Samsung Z2 is an entry-level 4G smartphone packed with a 4-inch 480 x 800 (WVGA) TFT touch screen, 1.5GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of expandable memory, 5-Megapixel primary camera, VGA secondary camera and a 1,500mAh battery, and also ships with Tizen 2.4 out of the box.
