The new Sharp Aquos SH-RM02 smartphone is now available for sale through Rakuten Mobile in Japan. The new device supports e-money “Rakuten Edy” payment system – allowing you to shop and pay for goods in over 390,000 member stores in Japan.
The Aquos smartphone is an entry level device comes in pleasant colour options – Red, Gold, Navy and White. It packs a 5.0-inch TFT HD (720×1280) display, 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 (MSM8926) processor, 2GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in storage and a 2450mAh battery.
Equipped with a standard 13-Megapixel rear camera and a 2.1-Megapixel front-facing shooter. The Aquos runs Android 5.0 Lollipop and has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and supports VoLTE. The device is water-proof and measures 134 x 71 x 9.9mm and weighs 145 grams. The Sharp Aquos SH-RM02 is currently available for sale via Rakuten Mobile in Japan for ¥42,984 Yen (~$353 – £230 – €325 – $495 AUD).
