China’s TENAA certification body has revealed the details of Huawei’s upcoming MediaPad X3 device through the certification process. According to the listing, the new Huawei’s MediaPad X3 tablet has a model number Huawei PLE-703L and is equipped with respectable hardware components.

As far as specifications go, the 7” device has a TFT screen with 1920x1200px Full HD resolution, Octa-core 1.5GHz processor, presumably Hisilicon Kirin 930 which will be combined with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage with microSD slot option that supports up to 128GB.

Additionally, there is a 5-Megapixel front facing camera alongside the 16-Megapixel rear camera which has 4x digital optical zoom and flash, and is also capable of shooting Full HD 1080p videos. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS are also on-board the upcoming MediaPad X3 tablet.

The Huawei MediaPad X3 runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system and supports the following network bands: 2G; GSM,CDMA, 3G; WCDMA, CDMA 2000, TD-SCDMA and 4G; TD-LTE, LTE FDD. The MediaPad X3 measures 187.4 x 105.8 x 8.2mm and weighs 253.78 grams. It has a polycarbonate body that comes in white, gold and ice blue.
