ZTE has launched a new device in the Axon series – the Axon 7 Max features a metal body design equipped with a dual rear camera and a large 6-inch touch screen. The Axon 7 Max is set to hit stores in China at the beginning of next month.
The Axon 7 Max comes with some respectable hardware specs such as; a Full HD 1080p display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 (MSM8953) 2.0GHz octa-core processor, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 200GB with a microSD card.
Additionally, the Axon 7 Max is armed with a dual rear camera, which has two sensors; a 13MP RGB sensor and a 13MP mono sensor. The dual camera also has an f/2.0 aperture, LED flash and a laser focus. At the front, there is a 13MP shooter with f/2.2 aperture.
Other features on-board the Axon 7 Max include: AKM4962 audio chipset with SmartPa, Dolby Atmos and HiFi sound, and also a fingerprint scanner at the rear, dual SIM slot with 4G LTE connectivity, and GPS with A-GPS, Beidou & GLONASS.
The 6-inch device measures 157 × 80.4 × 8.2mm and weighs 169g with built-in 4,100mAh battery, which supports Quick Charge 3.0. The Axon 7 Max runs MiFavor 4.0 (based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS). It will go on sale in China on November 3rd through JD.com, Tmall.com, MyZTE.com and other local retailers for ¥2,999 (~$442 – £363 – €405).
