At the CES 2017, ZTE has revealed two new Android-powered smartphones – the Blade V8 Pro, which was leaked earlier this month week, and the ZTE’s Crowdsourced Hawkeye smartphone.

The ZTE Hawkeye smartphone is a community driven open-source Project CSX that aimed to use consumer feedback and to make device accordingly. The Hawkeye phone is available for pre-order on Kickstarter for a discounted price of $199.00. The phone is currently in development and is expected to ship in September 2017.

Back to the Blade V8 Pro, the device boasts a 5.5-inch 1080p Full-HD display, with 401ppi pixel density and Corning Gorilla Glass 3, Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 octa-core 2.0GHz processor, Adreno 506 GPU, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable internal memory. It also hosts a 3,140mAh fast charging battery.

The ZTE Blade V8 Pro has a dual rear camera with two 13MP lenses, enhanced with dual-LED flash, PDAF, face detection, and a dual camera mode that can produce bokeh effect images. There is also an 8MP front camera with flash.

The smartphone runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and comes Black Diamond colour option, and is currently up for pre-order in the U.S. through https://zteusa.com/blade with a free complimentary phone case for $229.98, only until January 17th, 2017.
