ZTE Nubia Z17 with 8GB RAM, Snapdragon 835 and Quick Charge 4.0 Announced

Today in China Beijing, ZTE has unveiled a powerful flagship smartphone – the new Nubia Z17 is equipped with an 8GB of RAM, the latest Snapdragon 835 octa-core 2.45GHz chipset from Qualcomm and a generous 128GB of internal flash memory.The Nubia Z17 features a 5.5-inch 1080p Full HD bezel-less touch screen, and a dual rear camera which uses a 12-Megapixel lens with f/1.8 aperture, 1.4μm pixel lens and 0.03 second dual pixel focus, and also a 23-Megapixel second lens with 2x optical zoom and 10x dynamic zoom. There is also a 16-Megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture, 80° wide angle lens and NeoVision 7.0 software.The Nubia Z17 has a unibody metal body with IP67 waterproof rating. It houses a fingerprint scanner at the rear and also a 3,200mAh built-in battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 4.0, making it the first smartphone that supports QC4.0 technology. ZTE claims that the Nubia Z17 can be charged from 0 to 50 percent in just 25 minutes. Shipping with Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS alongside the Nubia UI 5.0 user interface, the Nubia Z17 comes in variety of colours; Gold, Black, Gold+Black and Blue+Red and is priced at ¥2,799 (~$410) for the base model which comes with 6GB RAM + 64GB storage, ¥3,399 (~$499) for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage version and the top-end model comes with 8GB RAM + 128GB storage priced at ¥3,999 (~$590). The Nubia Z17 is available for pre-ordering starting today and will go on sale in China on June 6^th.
